Mineola is a unique neighbourhood within the Port Credit 'area' that offers over-sized lots, quiet tree lined streets (often with no sidewalks) and many large prestigious homes. It is located both east and west of Hwy #10 (Hurontario Street) north and south of Mineola Road. The area is known as East Mineola and West Mineola. Apart from the obvious beauty of the area the added benefits are; easy access to QEW and Toronto, GO station very close, good schools, and just a stones throw from the Village (restaurants, cafe's, bars, shops, marina, etc.).
Kenollie Public School services West Mineola elementary students while Mineola Public School services elementary students from the East. Students from grades 6-8 attend Queen Elizabeth Sr. Public School and there are several options for High School aged students including the local Port Credit Secondary School and Cawthra Park Secondary (known for it's arts programs). In addition, Mentor College offers a variety of education choices in a private school format from elementary to high school aged students. For more information on this unique neighbourhood and the homes that are offered here please contact Tim Bishop.
